Geographical lay-out for the establishment of mini-centers in other parts of the country to enhance project and service delivery and community integrations.

SOUTH WEST:

Because of its diversity strength and economic position to the country.

SOUTH-SOUTH:

For it commercial interest and protection of the nation’s wealth.

NORTH CENTRAL:

In recent times this zone has witnessed both religious and communal clashes that have claimed lives. Diversity must be strengthened here.

NORTH EAST:

Insurgency, religious extremism and terrorism have been on the high rate here. Minorities have also been seriously threatened.

Constantly build capacity of our religious and traditional institutions to give better and balanced perspective of religion and traditions for national cohesion through TRANINGS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, etc.

Community Development Centres to engage and empower Youths, women, orphans and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Conflict areas.

Work with government, (Federal, State and Local) including agencies and NGOs working on similar projects in Nigeria.

Engage International NGOs, Institutions and Agencies to facilitate capacity building and skills acquisition trainings.

Engaging the traditional institutions in identifying causes of violence, affected groups and individuals in the troubled communities, Militants, Insurgents, etc. and their networks.

Identifying and collaborating with corporate organizations to create job opportunities for possible employment.

Establish mini-resource centres in some selected religious and traditional institutions and dominant communities for interreligious social networking and interactions.

Link all mini-resource centres to the SDDC Information Centre and Zonal offices for proper monitoring as this would enhance our Early Warning and Early Response (EWER) Conflict mechanism. This would give us access to first-hand information and credible and reliable causes of violence for prompt response and effective intervention programmes

Identify remote causes of conflicts and the actors – institutions like Religions, Traditional, trade and Co-operative Societies, Conventional Institutions, and the informal or traditional ones.

Give about 55% concentration to the Youths and Militia groups with special attention on religious institutions, political parties including the community Leaders because of their influence on the people and, as Agents of Change in those communities.
